I’m Cameron—a current brand owner who works with founders to bring clarity to pricing, profitability, and growth decisions.
Most founders don’t need more reports. They need to understand what’s actually happening in the business—and what to do next.
That’s where I help.
E‑commerce isn’t just hard—it’s a constant balancing act. Do any of these feel familiar?
☑️ Making money feels harder than ever
Competition is up, costs keep creeping higher, and profit feels harder to protect.
☑️ Revenue grows, but your but cash doesn’t
Sales look good, but your bank account tells a different story.
☑️ Inventory is tying up cash
Money is stuck in products that aren’t moving the way you expected
☑️ Spending decisions feel uncertain
Ads, hires, inventory, debt—everything feels interconnected, and the margin for error feels small
☑️ You’re stretched thin
You know there are financial issues worth digging into, but time and mental bandwidth are limited
☑️ Growth sounds good… but not at any cost
Generic advice doesn’t fit your situation, and you want a clearer path forward.
If this sounds like you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I’m not just advising from the outside—I’m a brand owner myself.
Earlier in my career, I co-founded and scaled an e-commerce baby brand (Copper Pearl) to a multi-million-dollar exit. I’ve lived through inventory mistakes, cash-flow stress, pricing decisions that mattered, and the weight that comes with growing a real business.
That experience is paired with a Master’s in Accounting, CPA credentials, and finance experience at Dell and Instructure (from startup through IPO). But what clients value most is the combination of real-world perspective and clear financial thinking.
I know which levers actually move profit—and which ones just create noise.
Every brand is different, but most engagements follow a simple progression:
☑️ 1. Get Clear
We make sure the numbers actually reflect how your business works.
Product- and channel-level contribution margin
Profitability, cash-flow, and balance-sheet review
Inventory and sell-through analysis
Making sure bookkeeping and reporting are structured for decision-making—not just compliance
☑️ 2. Build a Plan
Once the numbers are clear, we use them to guide decisions.
Pricing and unit-economics analysis
Forecasting for growth, hiring, and spend
Product and channel focus
Marketing efficiency (ROAS, CAC, LTV) tied back to profit and cash
☑️ 3. Decide With Confidence
Ongoing support as the business evolves.
Regular reviews of KPIs, forecasts, and trends
Adjusting strategy as conditions change
Ad-hoc analysis for big questions (free shipping, subscriptions, wholesale, debt, exits)
A steady sounding board for gray-area decisions
☑️ Month‑to‑Month Flexibility
No long-term contracts. If I’m not adding value, you shouldn’t keep paying me. I also work with a limited number of clients so you get real attention.
☑️ Transparent Investment
Most engagements fall between $3,000–$10,000 per month, depending on scope. I won’t take you on unless I believe there’s a clear path to ROI.
☑️ High‑Touch Support
Multiple calls each month
Slack access for questions and decisions as they come up
Communication and direction with executive team as needed
I try to be direct, approachable, and generous with my time. The goal is clarity—not complexity.
I’m always happy to learn about your business and share a few ideas on where to focus—whether or not we end up working together.
No pressure. No Pitch. Just a conversation and some practical direction you can use right away.
